Letsitele: Assistant to the Financial Manager posted by Miami Canners

What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with the Financial Manager to keep our accounts, budgets, and reports on track. Expect a role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and filled with opportunities to learn and grow. Your key responsibilities will include: • Assisting with daily accounting functions — data entry, reconciliations, and record keeping. • Supporting the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Processing invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments. • Helping monitor cash flow and track departmental spending. • Assisting with month-end and year-end closings. • Liaising with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Maintaining organized financial records and assisting with audits. Requirements • You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B Com Accounting plus training contract completed with SAICA or SAIPA). • You have 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role. • You’re accurate, analytical, and organized, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). • You communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively. • You’re eager to grow your career in a dynamic and expanding business environment.
