STOCK CONTROLLER JOB SPEC This JOB Position Available in Limpopo and Mpumalanga Adhere to ordering procedures Adhere to internal administrative processes and systems Handle all stock ordering efficiently Update stoc k records at all times Liaise with suppliers on all orders and submit to line manager for approval Ensure that all sourced consumables are in line with the required standards and HCRW regulations Conduct regular price comparison with the aim of cost cutting Advice management on industry threats and opportunities Identify and secure new cost-effective supplier opportunities Build and maintain a good and strong working relationship with new and existing suppliers Ensure proper filing of all source documents Compile and present weekly/monthly status reports to your line manager Any other duties assigned by your line manager and/or anyone with delegated authority Maintain proper records related to your job SKILLS Computer Literacy Excellent numeric and organisational skills Good analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills Good communication skills (both written and spoken) Time management skills Qualification in Supplier Chain management 3 years related experience This JOB Position Available in Limpopo and Mpumalanga
