Duties include Develop strategies to enhance dealership revenue, profitability, and market share. Implement people capacity plans aligned with performance objectives and budgets. Achieve and exceed financial targets as agreed. Manage cross-functional areas effectively to optimize operations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and OEM guidelines. Oversee the dealership’s financial assets, including cash flow, stock, and debtors. Lead and manage staff to attract and retain high-quality employees. Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customer-centric initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategies.
