Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following: Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to new and existing clients, enhancing overall value. Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Build and grow client relationships to increase retention and maximize revenue potential. Work with internal teams to plan and manage yearly sales budgets and forecasts. Initiate and manage outbound contact with potential customers to generate leads. Drive revenue through both inside and field sales efforts. Conduct pricing and contract negotiations to close high-value deals. What Do You Need?: 3-5 years of proven sales experience. A strong hunter sales mindset energetic, proactive, and always looking for new business. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and client presentations. Computer literate and proficient in sales software tools. Matric certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
