ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Salary Planning process knowledge. Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Strong commitment to quality ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: Technical knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC). Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting). Experience in SAP HCM (H4S4). Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors. Exposure to multinational work environments. QUALIFICATIONS: SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work.
