ESSENTIAL SKILLS: In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge Practical experience in test case design, test planning and test execution Able to coordinate business counterparts, IT counterparts & other testers. Able to solve day-to-day issues throughout the test process. Can communicate influentially and articulately with local and international counterparts. Strong IT knowledge and practical experience: SAP Finance (FICO front-end user experience) TOSCA (very important!) JIRA (x-ray) Agile methodology experience. Flexible with international travel (planned and unplanned) Strong business acumen & financial accounting background. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS : SAP Finance back-end/programming experience (plus, not necessity). QUALIFICATIONS: BCOM in either Accounting and/or Information Systems (minimum). ISTQB certification. Tricentis Tosca certification. 2 years experience in business analysis and test management.
