Job Summary

Production Manager / Planner is Required by a Manufacturing Company in MeyertonExperience in a jobbing shop environmentSound knowledge of scheduling/planning, estimating/buying in the jobbing shop environment and computer literacy is essentialKnowledge of ISO procedures, budget control/input, shop floor capacity planning and good communication skills would be an advantageOptimal utilization of machines, manpower, materials and any other available resources to ensure quality products are manufactured on time as per schedule within the allocated time to clients specifications/requirementsPlan, co-ordinates, and directs production objectives in co-operation with all departments, subcontractors and managers to maximize productivity and to identify bottleneck areas to ensure corrective steps are taken timely.
