About the Role
TestHiring is seeking an experienced Tax Advisor to lead client engagements, deliver advisory projects, and mentor junior team members. Our clients include Fortune 500 names you’ll be in the room, not outside it. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on transfer pricing frameworks and documentation, manage compliance workstreams including UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tax advisory projects, from scoping to delivery
- Manage compliance workstreams including UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR)
- Provide expert guidance on transfer pricing frameworks and documentation
- Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver actionable insights
- Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen team capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tax advisory services
- Proven expertise in UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide expert guidance on transfer pricing frameworks and documentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. accounting, finance, law)
