About the Role

Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Automation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will contribute to our business goals through the application of CRM technology and techniques, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for campaign management across direct marketing acquisition initiatives and manage and report on the database to utilize data insights and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to business goals through CRM technology and techniques
Manage and report on CRM data to inform marketing strategies
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute campaigns
Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts
Lead and direct a major customer service function or department
Implement the CX business plan, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute on the strategy

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent (Essential)
3-5 years’ experience in the CRM field (Essential)
Exposure to various CRM systems and platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Essential)
Online/Digital experience (Essential)

Qualifications

Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (Advantageous)
