About the Role
As an Insights Analyst in our forward-thinking team, you’ll have the opportunity to build predictive models that directly influence operational and strategic outcomes, leading analytical initiatives that impact core business performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders who value insight-driven thinking, helping shape the analytics culture and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complex datasets, identifying signals that matter, and converting them into actionable insights that influence strategy across the business.
- Partner with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and deliver advanced analytical insights that drive decision-making.
- Develop and implement operationalized, scalable data solutions, integrating data from multiple sources and identifying meaningful trends.
- Utilize predictive modelling and machine-learning approaches, including deep customer analytics exposure (segmentation, profitability, behavioral analytics, telematics data).
- Translate analytics into measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years in analytics and insights, preferably within a commercially driven environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous.
