Job Summary
Our client is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with less than 3 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience and product offering in the heavy machinery design and development environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills Required:
- Experience in industrial machinery design or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
- Less than 2 years of postgraduate experience.
- Ability to develop on the job and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in understanding complex issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, loyal, and dedicated.
- Passionate about engineering with an assertive approach.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical details and comprehensive requirement specifications from customers into effective and practical designs.
- Collaborate closely with management to enhance customer service and develop new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
