Office Administrator / Accounts and Computer experience in Excel and Word: Urgently looking for a lady that can start in January 2026.Company in Midrand.R15 000 Monthly basic salary.This is a relatively junior position comprising of data capture so the candidate should be from the start qualified and able to pick up the ball immediately.Debtors Clerk.Responsible for sales administration.Day to day administrative functions. Process customer invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately and on time. Monitor customer accounts for non-payments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debtors accounts. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly debtors aging reports. Liaise with internal sales and logistics teams.Handle customer account queries professionally and promptly. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed. Ensure Purchase Orders & Goods Received Notes are processed. Grade 12 (Matric) Computer literate in word, excel and outlook. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Transport and locality are essential.
