Job Summary

Candidate requirements;
- Must have Grade 12 & a Tertiary qualification in Business Administration/Hospitality Management
- Travel-related qualifications would be nice to have
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in business administration/sales coordinator roles
- Experience in managing a customer database would be a nice-to-have
- Must have proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the travel & tourism environment
Skills include;
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Must be able to work under pressure
