About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user interface and visual experience elements of digital products through research, testing, planning, and iteration. Key Responsibilities
- Design and conceptualize user interfaces and experiences for digital products
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services
- Translate high-level requirements into interactive designs and transform them into attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
- Lead implementation and performance of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis
- Advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions
Requirements
- 5 or more years of UX/UI design experience
- Experience in the Financial Services industry (advantageous)
- Comprehensive knowledge in interaction design, user experience, and visual design principles
- Strong understanding of design tools such as Zeplin, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Miro
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12/SAQA Accredited Equivalent (essential)
- Relevant design-related qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) (essential)
