About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Signal Management Coordinator to join our team at Fidelity Services Group in Midrand. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for contacting clients with excessive alarms/faulty alarm systems and arranging technical call outs. You will also assist Signal Management Technicians and Team Leaders in identifying root causes driving customer alarms, and collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange Technical call outs and ensure technicians are adequately scheduled
- Check and monitor completed technical call outs by Signal Management technicians to rectification
- Assisting Signal Management Technicians and Team Leaders to identify root causes driving customer alarms
- Collaborate with other business units
- Drive a reduction in customer activity rates
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12/ Matric Computer Literate essential (MS Office Outlook)
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of ADT systems, i.e Listener and Technical experience (advantageous)
