Midvaal: Forklift Driver, CODE 10 & General Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver and General Worker to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and Code 10 trucks, as well as performing general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, stack, and store materials
• Transport goods between receiving, storage, and dispatch areas
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report faults or maintenance needs
• Operate Code 10 trucks safely and in accordance with road traffic laws
• Transport goods to designated locations on time
• Load and offload goods carefully and securely
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Assist with loading, offloading, packing, and unpacking of goods
• Perform general warehouse, yard, or site duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Operator License (certified and up to date)
• Minimum 23 years experience operating forklifts (preferred)
• Experience working in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour when required
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Good communication skills
• Clear understanding of workplace health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Code 10 drivers license
• Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• Minimum of 23 years driving experience (preferred)
