Job Summary

Requirements Educational Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in milling, bakery, or related fields (e.g., working with automatic pastry makers in bread or flour production plants). Background or knowledge of electrical work is essential. Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is required. Strong communication skills in English. A mechanically and scientifically minded individual with attention to detail. Experience or understanding of Scudder systems along with manual operation of the extrusion machines. Computer literate and able to read and write in English. Speed and heat management of the equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain extruder machines efficiently to produce high-quality pasta or pastry products. Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area. Perform routine maintenance and minor electrical work as needed. How to apply:
