Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years’ retail sales experience with proven success in a management role Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent MS Office proficiency and experience with retail operating systems  Key Responsibilities Build strong product knowledge and understand customer needs Develop and execute consumer-focused store experiences and promotional displays Deliver messaging and initiatives that influence and inspire customers Prepare annual budgets, manage expenses, and analyse variances to maximise profitability Maintain strong stock management processes, including controls and reconciliations Promote customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Lead and inspire a high-impact team Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Encourage teamwork, inclusivity, and positive workplace culture
