• Day-to-day operational running the shift the team leader is allocated to
• Opening of dockets, inspecting of dockets before handing in
• Crime scene and Incident management
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and deficiency reports, PTO`s
• Attending to unrest situations (labour and community)
• Ensure that all SOP’s and compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code are adhered to
• Ensure that court procedures are fulfilled
• Must have knowledge of underground environment and risks of confined spaces

 
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:

• PSIRA certification – Grade A
• Members must pass a physical evaluation test on the shooting range and COF
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Illegal Mining experience
• Competency for all 3 firearms
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of criminal procedure and gatherings act
• Knowledge of crowd management
• Firearm competency in handgun, shotgun, and self-loading rifle for business purpose
• Must be willing to undergo polygraph test
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure and in confined spaces underground
• Operational planning and underground plan reading
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
• Driver’s license
• Own transport
• Own accommodation
