Financial Manager Closing Date: 28 November 2025 Location: Malelane Start Date: Early 2026A dynamic agricultural group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Financial Manager to lead our financial and administrative operations. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced agricultural export environment, ideal for a strategic thinker with strong technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial systems and reporting (Prophet Pr3) Manage payments to producers (local & export) Treasury and forex management, including CFC accounts Prepare and manage group sales budgets and forecasts Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Lead audit processes and prepare IFRS for SME-compliant statements Monitor cost vs budget, manage debtors/creditors Support executive and production teams with financial insightsRequirements: Degree in Financial Accounting + completed articles Minimum 5 years in a senior financial management role CA or CIMA qualification (advantageous) Experience in agriculture/export sector and forex Strong accounting, costing, and strategic skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities Fluent in Afrikaans and English Advanced MS Office proficiency Willingness to travel and work extended hours What We Offer:An attractive remuneration package aligned with the seniority of the role.
