Nelspruit: Hardware Branch Manager – Nelspruit

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage preferably Finance or Management Hardware or technical sector experience 5 – 10 years experience in a similar position Previous experience in the hardware sector Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Stable working history Experience with: Developing and executing strategic plans for the branch’s growth and sustainability Exploring opportunities for expansion or diversification Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community Participating in community events and support local initiatives Analysing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement Developing and implement strategies to enhance store performance Implementing effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage Conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records Preparing and manage the store’s budget Monitoring expenses, track income and seek cost-effective solutions Handling cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions Recruiting, training and supervising store employees Developing work schedules and assign tasks Promoting a positive and productive work environment Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
