What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in commercial, industrial, or logistical operations
• 5+ years in FMCG, agribusiness, or food distribution (grain milling a plus!)
• Strong grasp of budgeting, cost control, and profitability strategies
• Experience in CARICOM or multinational environments preferred
• Passion for developing new products and unlocking new market opportunities
• Able to build partnerships, manage teams, and handle negotiations with ease
