This is a hybrid role, with WHF on Fridays.Requirements:Meticulous attention to detail and accuracyWork in a team environment with positive and inquisitive attitudeHave a working knowledge of Tourplan NX NON-NEGOTIABLEUnderstand the basics of product contractingDuties include:Create new suppliers codes and details on TourplanAssist in collecting supplier contractsMaking follow up calls on outstanding rates or any information neededLoading, updating and maintaining of rates for all markets on Tourplan Linking supplier and room codes for live connectivityTrack all loaded Suppliers on a tracking sheetAssist and solve basic rates related queries for consultantsProduct training co-ordinationGathering directions from Suppliers and updating Tourplan with the relevant informationTo apply please send updated CV and references.
