About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Orders Clerk to join our team at Olifantsfontein. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and process orders in accordance with company policies
- Quote prices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with preparing invoices, processing orders and quoting prices
