Minimum Requirements Formal Culinary Qualification, with a specialisation or advanced training in Pastry an advantage Minimum 12 years of industry experience at a 5-star level Exposure to both pastry and hot kitchen operations preferred Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and a passion for presentation Western Capebased candidates only (Paarl and surrounding areas) Must be willing to relocate to Paarl if living elsewhere in the province Salary & Benefits: R8;000 R9,000 per month (depending on experience) Plus tips, overtime, meals on duty, and uniform provided
