Duties & Responsibilities: Team Management: Oversee and managing various multiple teams in the office Developing and executing HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPâs) Drafting employee contracts and incentive structures  IR Management: Managing and resolving IR and CCMA cases Conducting disciplinary hearings, performance hearings, contracts negotiations and contract addendum drafting Facilitating Conciliation and Arbitration processes  Performance Management: Developing Key performance Indicators (KPIâs) across teams and departments Implement and conducting performance reviews and performance management
