Senior Payroll Administrator
Job & Company Descriptions My client in the Service industry is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to manage a team and oversee key client accounts in the Shared Services environment. This role requires a payroll execution specialist to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of monthly payrolls to clients, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring compliance with tax and labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of payroll clients, fostering strong relationships, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed. Payroll Compliance: Stay up-to-date with tax and labor legislation, ensuring team compliance with all legal requirements. Quality Assurance: Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service level agreements (SLA). Identify areas for process improvement. Business Planning & Payroll Execution: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll processes are completed as per client agreements. Manage resource allocation and resolve client issues. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring adherence to payroll systems and processes. Qualifications: Completed Payroll qualification Skills: 5-8 years of experience in an outsourcing/shared service payroll environment, including team leadership. PAYSPACE is non-negotiable Strong leadership and administration skills. Extensive payroll knowledge, with proficiency in computerized payroll and HR systems. Advanced MS Excel skills (formatting, sorting, basic math, filters, etc.).
