About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Phalaborwa mining operation. As a strategic and executive leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business and operational plans in alignment with company directives and long-term goals. With a strong focus on safety, quality, time, and cost compliance, you will drive project planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring positive cash flow and sound financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business and operational plans in alignment with company directives and long-term goals
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on safety, quality, time, and cost compliance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls to ensure profitability
• Ensure full compliance with OHSA, MHS Act, NEMA, ISO standards, and SHEQ requirements where necessary
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Represent the company externally, strengthening its profile, reputation, and business relationships with communities

Requirements

Qualifications
