Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. English / Afrikaans speaking (must be able to read, write and speak both languages fluently). Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). AJS Accounting Software ADVANTEGOUS! 3yrs working experience as a Bookkeeper. Knowledge and understanding of FICA KYC principles. Banking experience. Law Firm experience. Processing of Section 86 (4) investment interest. Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices. Processing of Trust EFTs. Monthly reconciliations / trust balance clean-up. Attending to ad hoc queries from Secretaries and Directors. Prepare files for annual audit.
