If yes, we want to hear from you!We’re looking for a Senior Executive TQM & System Compliance to lead Total Quality Management initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with key system standards across our Packaging Films plant in South Africa.What Youll Do- Drive TQM practices across departments (5S, Kaizen, Autonomous Maintenance, PSP) – Develop & deliver TQM training programs across all levels – Lead IMS/FSMS compliance and internal audits – Coordinate quality events (Kaizen Blitz, 5S Days, etc.) – Monitor and report on quality improvement projects – Onboard new employees with basic TQM/IMS training – Minimize audit non-conformities and ensure certification readiness What Were Looking For* Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science * 35 years’ experience in manufacturing with hands-on TQM implementation * ISO certification is a strong advantage * Strong communication & coordination skills * Passion for quality, systems, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?At our Packaging Films Business, youll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
