About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Junior and Senior Guides to join our team at HotelJobs in Pongola, Kwa-Zulu Natal. As a nature guide, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for wildlife and guest experience with our guests while providing exceptional guiding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on nature trails and backup trails
- Lead trails and assist guests with navigation
- Maintain knowledge of flora, fauna, and geology
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to improve guiding skills
Requirements
- Matric certificate from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) or FGASA Nature Site Guide qualification
- First Aid certification up to date
- Valid driver’s license with Passenger Car Vehicle Operator Development Test (PDP) registration
- Fluency in English
- Proven passion for wildlife and guest experience
Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
- R7 500 per month for Junior Guides and R18 000 per month for Senior Guides based on skills and experience
