About the Role
Join our team as a Junior or Senior Guide at HotelJobs in Pongola, Kwa-Zulu Natal. We are looking for passionate and experienced guides who can provide exceptional guest experiences while showcasing their knowledge of wildlife. As a Junior or Senior Guide, you will be responsible for leading trails, assisting with backup duties, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead trails and assist with backup duties as required
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and share knowledge of wildlife
- Participate in site management and contribute to the overall success of the lodge
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- FGASA Nature Site Guide qualification
- First Aid certification (up to date)
- Driver’s License (up to date) + PDP (up to date) DEAT registered
- Fluency in English is essential
Qualifications
- Completed Matric certificate
- FGASA Nature Site Guide qualification
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driver’s License with PDP and DEAT registration
Salary & Benefits
- A competitive salary of R7 500 per month for Junior Guides and R18 000 per month for Senior Guides, depending on skills and experience.
