Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Audit Partner / Director to join our Clients’ leadership team and play a key role in managing, directing, and growing the firm while ensuring that best practices are implemented across all audit engagements.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to independently manage, plan, direct, and co-ordinate the functions of the firm to ensure that best practices are applied to produce quality work, deliver exceptional service to clients, and grow the firms fees while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Academic Qualifications Required

Registered Auditor (IRBA)
-
CA(SA) qualification
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role within an audit firm
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-
Producing Quality Work: Ensure audits are completed to the highest professional and ethical standards, complying with ISAs, IRBA, and SAICA requirements.

Delivering Service: Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, technical excellence, and timely service delivery.

Growing Fees: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategic firm development.

Leading and Enabling People: Lead, mentor, and empower team members to achieve excellence and career growth within a supportive and collaborative culture.
Additional Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a diverse client portfolio.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality control requirements.

Provide strategic input into the firms operations, systems, and processes.

Contribute to firm-wide leadership and business development initiatives.

Represent the firm professionally in the marketplace and within the profession.
Skills and Experience needed:

Proven track record in audit leadership at Director or Partner level.

Excellent interpersonal and business development skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage clients, and drive firm growth.

Commitment to audit quality, professional ethics, and continuous improvement.
