About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Data, MI, and Reporting Specialist who will manage complex data for Commission, Finance, and Group Marketing & Sales. The successful candidate will deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports, ensuring data integrity, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights for business decisions and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate detailed, actionable commission and revenue performance reports.
- Maintain and develop reporting dashboards for key metrics.
- Collaborate on regular operational and advisor revenue reports for business units and management (GMS and Advisor Support).
- Liaise with the Head of Division, Finance, and GMS to align reporting requirements with revenue processes.
- Identify and resolve commission data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced Excel (pivots, macros, VLOOKUP, concatenate, data cleanup).
- Understanding of financial product categories and commission payment transaction flow.
- Experience with data models and visualization reporting packages (e.g., Power BI).
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in data management and reporting tools, especially Excel and preferably Power BI.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Advantageous: Commission processing system knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
