- Previous cold calling or telesales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients
- Introducing company services in a professional and engaging manner
- Generating leads
- Accurately capturing call outcomes and feedback
- Following up on leads where required
