Menlo Park, Pta East: SENIOR RAF LITIGATION ATTORNEYMinimum Requirements:-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual aged younger than 40 years (Preferably male)-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must-Minimum 8 years post admission experience in Litigation, Personal Injury Claims and Third Party Claims (against RAF) a must-PRASA Claims preferred-Knowledge of personal injury and RAF legislation essential-Independently functional in litigation process, from handling of claim submission to High Court trials-Able to manage own Department-Drivers license and own vehicle a must-Residing in Pretoria a must-Stable employment record and contactable ReferencesDuties:-Handling of Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund, Personal Injury Claims and PRASA Claims for law firm-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English-Managing of own DepartmentSalary: R 50 000 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on RAF experience) + incentivesE-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2798; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.(Also forward a recent photograph and Reference letters if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
