Education: – CA(SA) or – BCom with articles Skills/Experience required: – At least 8 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Financial Reporting, Business Development, or Strategic Reporting across multiple industries, including a minimum of 5 years leading a team of two or more. – Proven track record in P&L management at a divisional level within a multinational company. – Extensive experience overseeing debtor and creditor teams. – Practical expertise in working with Oracle systems. Job Description: – Set and lead the strategic commercial direction for the Operations and Service Delivery departments. – Design, implement, and manage financial processes to enhance OPEX, CAPEX, and fixed asset management, driving cost efficiency. – Cultivate a high-performance team culture, empowering employees to reach their full potential and achieve outstanding business results, while managing SLAs with regional service center resources. – Provide strong leadership in overseeing relationships with Operations vendors and subcontractors. – Build and sustain a culture of financial and asset compliance, ensuring full compliance across the Operations department. – Lead the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls. – Provide financial insights into network performance and CAPEX initiatives. – Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. – Advise on contracts for Operations and Maintenance suppliers. – Manage cash flow processes and financial risks in Operations. – Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and compliance. – Implement financial technologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency. – Support strategic decision-making for Operations, Maintenance, NOC, and other teams. – Provide financial training to stakeholders and ensure business continuity planning.
