The position is based in Parktown. Salary – R45 000 pm, depending on experience. Duties: Liaising with clients to identify their needs. Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour. Preparing tender and contract documents. Identifying and weighing up commercial risks. Assigning work to subcontractors. Requirements: Relevant Degree / Qualification 3-5 Years experience as a QS Experience with Internal fit-outs / residential builds.
