Remuneration and Information System Specialist
Purpose of role: Responsible for providing specialist technical leadership in remuneration and HR Information Systems. Take the lead for planning, project coordination, management and support in developing a cost effective human resources information system (HRIS) and remuneration practices while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Main responsibilities: Compensation and benefit management. Conduct salary study and market analysis to obtain better insight into common market practices Develop salary ranges and coordinate approval process through leadership of Head of Talent and Culture Champion job evaluation process and maintenance of job profile data Provide training and leadership on HR systems Provide user and technical support on all HR systems Training and support to the business community in respect of navigation of the SAGE People system Maintenance of HR systems Troubleshooting and validation of data on HR People Modules Validating and maintaining the HR system to ensure the integrity of data and accuracy in the provision of management information Conduct user needs analysis Consulting and project management Provide technical and user support on all HR systems to project managers within HR Requirements: Bachelor / Degree (NQF 7) in Behavioural Science / BCom or equivalent Five years IT systems experience of which at least 2 years should be HR systems related and 3 years in Compensation Experience managing HRIS implementations Experience within the compensation, benefits and job evaluation advantageous SARA certification and Job Evaluation Certificate advantageous Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
