About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Packline Manager to join our team at CA Support. As a key member of our packhouse management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient sorting and packing processes, and driving quality control initiatives. You will report directly to the Packhouse Manager and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s high standards of excellence.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in packline management
- Knowledge of BRC and GlobalGAP accreditations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate people
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant certifications (e.g. BRC, GlobalGAP)
