Job Description

Legodi BEE Consultants, based in Roodepoort, is looking for a Junior HR & B-BBEE Administrator to join our team IMMEDIATELY. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level HR professional with a qualification in Human Resources or equivalent, eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to HR best practices aligned with our business strategy. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with job advertisements, shortlisting, and interview scheduling. Draft and track employment contracts, setting calendar reminders for renewals. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documents are properly filed. Assist with training coordination, including booking venues, preparing materials, and tracking attendance. Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed. Assist with completing B-BBEE scorecards and scheduling the audits. Conducting B-BBEE gap analysis. Completing Joint ventures applications on behalf of clients. Completing applications for EME,QSE and generic certificates. Please note that duties are not limited to the above Bachelors degree/ diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent (advantageous) Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Relevant work experience as an HR, B-BBEE, or office administrator (advantageous) Relevant work experience in completing and submitting WSP/ATR reports to various SETAs (advantageous). Relevant work experience with Employment equity reporting and submissions (Advantageous).
