Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman with a strong background in Autodesk Inventor to join our team at PRO Personnel Employment Agency. As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models and detailed drawings in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate 3D models and detailed drawings in line with project specifications
Prepare workshop and fabrication drawings for issue
Apply drawing office standards, including revision control
Participate in design coordination discussions as required
Support site measurement verification and as-built documentation where necessary

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ practical experience using Autodesk Inventor
Proven competence in Inventor, including: Frame Generator, 3D Modelling and Assemblies, Fabrication and manufacturing detailing, Drawing layouts and drawing office standards
Ability to interpret design inputs and translate them into accurate models and drawings
Sound understanding of structural and civil components used in industrial environments

Qualifications

Completed relevant diploma or degree in a related field

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Market-related, dependent on experience (indicative range R20,000 – R30,000 CTC), with paid leave included.
