About the Role An excellent opportunity for a dedicated Senior Safety to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across active construction sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and be certified in industry-recognised safety programmes. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on construction sites Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with local regulations and client HSE requirements Maintain safety documentation and records in accordance with standards Requirements Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE construction contracting sector NEBOSH and IOSH certifications (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and site protocols Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage emergency situations and enforce safety standards effectively What We Offer Monthly salary: AED 4,000 AED 5,000 Overtime compensation Company provided labour accommodation and transportation Opportunity to contribute to a safety first culture within a leading contracting firm
