The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking & face to face. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to demonstrate the value of our products/services to prospective clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiation: Handle negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our products/services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Requirements: Ideally proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Afrikaans) Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
