Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred. Certifications in design and digital marketing are advantageous. Healthcare management or insurance-related certifications are a plus Expert level in META strategy Previous experience in aggressive lead generation campaigns Experience in building basic strategy for in Linkedin and Tik Tok aswell. Reporting and optimization Budget Management Excel Presentations Minimum of 5 years experience in digital campaign management and lead generation, ideally within insurance or a related field. Experience in digital design, lead generation, and campaign management, particularly in marketing insurance products. Meta Skills Required: Build Campaigns and Ads for lead generation Tracking Pixel Installation Building of Custom Audiences Location Specific Facebook Ads Targeting Lookalike Audiences Competitor Research Custom Reporting Metrics Higher Quality Conversions Ongoing Bid Improvement Engagement Rate Optimization Time-based Bid Improvements Instagram Ads and Placements Brand Awareness Campaigns Facebook Ads Account Management and Account Auditing
