Job Summary

Minimum requirements for the role: A tertiary qualification in either business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Previous experience having worked in a role dealing with customers and customer queries regarding stock is essential for the role. Previous experience having worked within the cosmetic and or packaging industry is preferred but not necessary as the company will provide training. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Basic Excel skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team are essential. Must be attentive to detail and be able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Liaising with customers within the personal care / cosmetic manufacturing industry regarding their packaging requirements. Liaising with customers regarding stock they have purchased as well as delivery times. Ensuring a clear understanding of customer specifications and expectations. Processing orders and ensuring that the information captured is accurate. Communicating deadlines of stock to be delivered effectively to customers. Monitoring and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery. Providing timely updates on delivery of products cost estimates, production timelines, and any relevant changes. Working closely with various departments such as production, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that customers get their products delivered timeously. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
