Hire Resolves client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled Steel Sales Representative to drive new business growth and manage existing client relationships. This role demands industry expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and expand client base in the steel sector.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Advise clients on steel product selection and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Maintain accurate records and provide sales forecasts.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in sales or the steel industry
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelors degree preferred, or relevant industry certifications.
