Key Responsibilities Lead the CRM strategy, mapping and optimizing customer journeys across all direct marketing touchpoints. Manage the full CRM lifecyclefrom acquisition to retention to reactivationusing segmentation, personalization, and automation. Collaborate with creative and data teams to design, launch, and report on direct marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives. Own the CRM and direct marketing calendar, ensuring well-timed, customer-centric communications that enhance engagement and reduce opt-outs. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates, messaging, and user experience. Liaise with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategies with broader brand and commercial goals. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Champion best practices in data management, legal compliance, and communication standards. Identify opportunities to grow and enrich direct marketing lists and improve customer segmentation. ✠What You Bring A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 6 – 8 years of CRM or customer engagement experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment. Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo), segmentation, and automation platforms. Hands-on knowledge of lifecycle marketing, trigger campaigns, and personalization techniques. Excellent analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and customer insights. Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in digital marketing. Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
