Minimum Requirements A 3-year IT qualification. 58 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules. In-depth technical and architectural knowledge, including: PeopleTools and PeopleSoft configuration Oracle Weblogic, SQL Server, Windows Server OS PeopleSoft security, integration broker, and diagnostic tools Backup & disaster recovery procedures Project management capability and strong documentation skills. End-to-end understanding of enterprise IT environments, ideally within a retail setting. Behavioural Competencies Strong technical decision-making aligned with business goals.
