The purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional guest services and ensure a seamless and professional grounds experience for all passengers.
Qualifications/Knowledge & Experience
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Communication , Public Service & Tourism
- Understanding guest experience and guest journey
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Outlook)
Preferred / advantage
✈️ Previous experience in aviation advantage
✈️Customer face or Hospitality experience
✈️ Experience working in a high-pressure operational & service environment
