Job Summary:

Sagen Advisory Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist / Internal Operations to join a dynamic refrigeration company in Somerset West. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Operations and Change Management Specialist who will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, driving organizational change, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, a keen eye for process improvement, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve common goals. Must be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for operational excellence. They will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, including the adoption of new technologies and systems.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, including developing change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mitigating resistance to change.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by overseeing administrative tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating resources.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Project Management: Manage various projects, from initiation to completion, including the implementation of new technological systems and upgrades to current operating systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, change management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience with technology implementation and project management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
